Orders are delivered through our partner logistics providers, with shipping rates calculated via RajaOngkir. Estimated delivery times are indicative only and depend on the selected courier and destination. Risk of loss passes to you once the parcel is handed to the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us as soon as possible and we will resolve the issue in accordance with applicable consumer-protection regulations. Custom and perishable goods may not be eligible for return once dispatched.
